Autumn has arrived...

The air is finally starting to feel a little cool which means autumn has come to the Carolinas.
I made this card using Sparkle N Sprinkle's set  "Fall Leaves - 441S".  I sprayed inks on white cardstock, when it was dry I then stamped the leaves with black Memento ink.  I also added a little glimmer inks spray, and Paprika (orange) flocking FL 105, for highlights on the leaves.  After cutting out the leaves, I used Spellbinder Petite Scallop Circle Large and Standard Circle large to make a "wreath form" out of brown cardstock.  Wrap a ribbon around the form, and attach to base paper.  Layered the leaves on top.  Cut out the verse and slightly larger green cardstock with Labels 4 and Labels 4 Small dies.  Added 3 decorative brads to the top right corner.  The shimmer and leaf colors look more intense in person, but the leaves are so lifelike, they were fun to play with!

How Shimmery your leaves are, and beautifully colored, too, Cheryl. It's a great idea to create a wreath. I may need to CASE your idea! LOL I envy the precision with which you have cut the leaves. They look real!
